We were looking for a gluten-free spot that wasn't just another "pizza or spaghetti senza glutine" and boy did we find it! The menu is just burgers but they have gluten free buns, or a no-bun option which is always great. The options are unique and the theme definitely worked for our metal appreciating bunch! Also, if you order the Slash, they'll bring you latex gloves because it's that messy! The staff spoke English very well (even when we tried our best with Italian) and were cheery and helpful. They'll provide whatever you ask for. Don't be shy!
