I had a gluten-free Salerno pizza. Besides the ingredients that make up the pizza, I recommend this place especially for the excellent dough because it is light, thin, and doesn't make you thirsty. The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about food intolerances. The only downside might be the somewhat small environment as I noticed that dining was possible only on the veranda and there were a few tables inside where the counter and the kitchen were located.

Nice environment, well-kept. I like the colors and the furnishings of the room on the second floor. Great selection of pizzas, very beautiful and very good with fresh, quality ingredients. Various doughs are available, including Neapolitan, whole wheat, and gluten-free. I didn't ask if they are AIC certified. But the gluten-free pizza is very good, light, tasty, and without aftertastes, and well-cooked. A selection of draft beers is available, and for drinks, they have Pepsi on tap and the rest in bottles. The sorbets are also delicious: lemon, lemon and licorice, coffee. Young and kind staff. It's always best to make a reservation.
