Mr. Ruffo, along with his wife and all of his staff, are very well prepared in managing gluten-free options. Every year when I go for my Fangobalneotherapy treatments, I eat from breakfast to dinner, and I can say that I have never felt unwell; on the contrary, they cater to all my needs and, above all, they also offer local products that enhance flavor and quality!
