We were desperately looking for gluten-free focaccia: here we found some very good round focaccine! We also took the opportunity to try the desserts: canestrelli and fruit tart. Everything was delicious!! The store's phone doesn't have reception. If they don't answer, write on WhatsApp!!

A breath of fresh air for those with celiac disease... from sweet to savory... almost like a wish... you ask... you book... and it’s ready for you... the focaccia is amazing... both the simple and filled ones... not to mention the stuffed pasta... very good... the desserts... all good... from pastries to cookies... but try ordering a cake like "kinder paradiso"; it’s something exceptional... honest prices... friendly and welcoming staff... ah... we are also disturbed by lactose... most of it is prepared without or with lactose-free milk😏

Today, for the first time, I entered this little shop... The owner was super helpful, very kind, and nice; all the products were really good. For me, who has been intolerant to wheat flour for 4 years, tasting her products has been an unexpected joy... I tried the focaccia, the bread, the cookies with jam, and a tart with pastry, cream, and fresh fruit on top... It's the end of the world! Approved by my 9-year-old son, who has no intolerance issues and ate half of the shopping 😄 I recommend it to anyone... The nice thing is that they also deliver to Savona... Best gluten-free pastry and bakery shop in the Savonese area. Don’t be scared that it’s in Altare, because they deliver for free to Savona. The birthday cakes are delicious, beautiful, and really affordable. Arianna uses only gluten-free products; she is the only one in the Savonese area! Highly, highly recommended!

I stumbled upon it by chance and I'm so happy to know that a bakery solely for celiacs has been active for so many years, especially in a small town (it must be the high quality and friendliness). I often purchase from this pastry shop, products with and without gluten, the latter not for me. They never disappoint, I always find myself asking for confirmation because I don't recognize the difference in the use of flours. I am fortunate enough to eat everything, and since Arianna is also a magician with leavening, I can't resist and taste all types of doughs. Birthday cakes with the most delicious creams, bread, tiramisu (I love the pistachio one), dry pastries like brutti ma buoni. I cannot choose, I can only give 5 stars to everything and recommend trying both sweet and savory. Their availability is extreme!
