Small inn with an intimate and well-curated atmosphere. The menu details gluten-free options. First courses are not available. Personally, I experienced a three-star experience as I combined gluten and lactose and faced difficulties. The request to modify the menu, even just to replace one of the appetizers, was not appreciated. The kitchen is unique and I did not get confirmation of mastery over celiac disease and intolerances.

The place is very nice and the host is very accommodating. The menu is small and well curated, almost everything is gluten-free except for the first courses. They don't have a double kitchen but they say they pay maximum attention to the ingredients to avoid contamination.

Very welcoming locale with a pleasantly "warm" atmosphere. Staff (husband and wife) very kind, professional, and helpful. The menu boasts many gluten-free dishes, clearly marked with a crossed grain symbol. Plin, lasagnetta, and fassona cube were excellent; hazelnut bonet is a must-have, and the chocolate bavarois was very good. We appreciated the attention in serving gluten-free dishes separately from the others. The only small flaw is that the gluten-free crackers were brought in the same basket as regular bread, but they were well sealed anyway.
