Very nice place. Super helpful, friendly, and prepared staff. They know about contamination issues; in fact, they advised me to book a night when they knew they had few covers, ensuring there was no minimum risk of contamination in the kitchen. The cover includes gluten-free bread. From the menu, you can choose from the first courses on the list and then they will suggest alternative gluten-free pasta formats. I had a first course of pasta that was DELICIOUS!

We returned after a year, but the friendliness of Primo and the goodness of the first courses remained unchanged. Everything was exceptional, especially the octopus appetizer. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Spotorno.

I recommend this restaurant, I went there for dinner and found really excellent dishes and kindness from the waiters. I especially thank them for their attention to gluten-free options, from appetizers to desserts. They were able to respond to my requests with a smile and professionalism, thank you!

I am celiac and as usual, I select restaurants to have the opportunity to eat a first course that I love so much. The restaurant's website states: "...Well, if you don't want to give up a good plate of pasta or other dishes, by visiting our venue you will finally have the real opportunity to take part in an evening with your friends and family without having to be forced to eat rice or giving up the dish you really enjoy but which is not gluten-free." Unfortunately, the only first course I could eat (but ONLY if ordered for 2 people) was rice!!! Please, do not mislead those who have difficulty eating a simple first course, because we are not celiacs by choice and we are tired of eating what we can and not what we WANT!!!

Clean and tidy place. Staff available and welcoming, polite and competent. We were 4 adults, a little girl, and two small dogs, and they even brought us a bowl for water. The dishes were really good, with special plates served and plated very well. Everything was fresh and prepared on the spot, with very short waiting times. I had fish dishes that were truly delicious. They also pay attention to the fact that they have gluten-free dishes starting from the bread 🍞, which is not always easy to find. Additionally, I had a glass of rosé wine that they recommended, which was truly fantastic! Highly recommended.
