It is not possible to have breakfast during the week without gluten. The staff was kind enough to offer me French toast, which they usually serve on weekends for brunch. In fact, it is possible to have gluten-free brunch by reservation.

I had breakfast at this very nice place. The current menu includes gluten-free brownies and gluten-free lemon muffins. They also have oatmeal cookies, which are also suitable for those with celiac disease. I had a brownie, very good, not made by them, and a coffee (they assured me that the barley coffee machine is separate, so no contamination issues, and in fact, I had no problems). The muffin was brought sealed and warmed. Asking is important, just as being prepared and friendly is important, and the staff was!
