Tired of the usual places, today my family and I decided to change destination, I could call it a gamble. Attracted by the beautiful photos of dishes presented by customers, we chose this place we had never been to. It was a relatively calm day being in the middle of the week, we ensured the availability of gluten-free options and proceeded. The venue is very charming and characteristic, with stone and wood adorning the spaces, a wide selection of wines mostly from Abruzzo, and even more, zero-kilometer products. We chose a delicious starter of cold cuts, products sourced directly from them and of the highest quality. We then moved on to the second course, arrosticini and pork shank cooked at low temperature: a true cream and delight; it could be cut with a breadstick!!! Fresh baked potatoes and salad tomatoes that the owners bring directly fresh from Puglia, as they also have a house there. To complete the meal, a delicious gluten-free tiramisu with mascarpone cream that reminds me of my mother’s homemade version. Prices are average but the quality is top-notch.
