Very good, even the gluten-free one, with the possibility to choose the components as well.

Found on social media, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about food intolerances. They know how to advise. Regarding the products, what can I say? “A POETRY FOR THE PALATE.” In addition to those on the menu, you can also compose it according to your liking with the various available products. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A very pleasant place that offers good quality Tuscan schiacciate, also tasty in the gluten-free version. I don’t pass often in the Via Veneto area, but when I have the opportunity, it’s definitely a great alternative to the classic evening sandwich/pizza. Unfortunately, the three stars are due to an inconvenience that occurred in the evening: I ordered a schiacciata with arugula, scamorza, and speck, but to my disappointment upon arriving home, I discovered that the person who handled the assembly had completely forgotten to include the speck. I didn’t go back to have it replaced because I live almost 10 km away and it was already dinner time, so I preferred to avoid that. Nevertheless, I recommend it, making an exception for this episode (which I repeat happened just once).

Gluten-free Schiacciata wow, it's not the usual gluten-free compliments. Cozy place, perfect for a quick lunch. Quality products, searching for solutions not from a classic sandwich shop. Excellent quality-price ratio. I highly recommend it for those who are gluten intolerant and want to savor the true goodness of food again.
