First time trying this gluten-free oven! Total disappointment.. I tried the savory snacks, little pizzas, and pastries with ham and cheese! The dough was soaked in oil... I get shivers just thinking about it! I threw everything away..

Pastry Shop / Bakery in Brescia that produces 100% gluten-free. I had some cream braids with chocolate chips that were very good. Also, the takeaway snacks were excellent. The adjacent place, owned by the same property, is a coffee shop, so it's possible to have breakfast there.

An essential place for those who are celiac, gluten intolerant, or lactose intolerant. We come from Desenzano del Garda for every important occasion to buy their products! The birthday cake for my daughter with the number 5 was amazing, fresh, and made just a few hours before the party! Those who eat gluten didn't notice any difference compared to classic cakes! Bread, pizza, savory treats are always delicious. For Easter, we got the chocolate-glazed colomba with pistachios. The taste is always delicate, never too sweet. Very crispy millefoglie, but very good, filled with chocolate cream and Chantilly! Everyone liked it a lot, even those who are not gluten intolerant. The products, like the Easter doves, are also delicious!

I travelled to Italy for a quick visit to a customer and had only one hour and a half left after the meeting to eat and drive back to Malpensa. As I was in Castenedolo, the obvious choice was looking for “gluten free restaurants in Brescia”. Writing this in Google is not always as useful as you expect because a lot of options with different reviews appear. This time it was very easy to decide. Their name says it clear: 0% glutine. ¡No risk! Despite they didn’t have many options left at the time I arrived, I could enjoy a gluten-free pizza piece and a sandwich of boiled ham with mayonnaise. Everything was really good (including service)! This is clearly a 100% recommendable place to go if you travel here. Especially because it is very safe for us.

The small place is perhaps a bit narrow, but inside it is nice, welcoming, and lively. There are 4/5 seats where you can look at the street. It's comfortable, and if there are only a few people, it feels quite spacious as well. The food selection is wide. Among bakery and pastry, there’s a bit of everything. You can find sandwiches, focaccia, slices of various types of pizza, snacks, to pastries, cakes, chiacchiere, and sweet treats. The staff is polite, lively, present if needed, and cheerful. (There is an entrance for wheelchairs if needed.)

Very well-furnished and very bright place... a lot of variety of pizzas and some focaccia... Mozzarella croquettes at €3 but tough, and the mozzarella escapes and you find it all at the bottom of the paper cup in which they are served... prices are quite reasonable. Parking and location are fine.
