Never, literally never i write review as I eat but, man. We tried la7 and la11 and it was really tasty and portion is more than enough. We were there with our dog and they were really friendly, music is nice, staff is nice , food is nice and wine "poesia" that waitress said it's good, was indeed, really good. I didn't even know the food was gluten free until they told me and it was amazing. Anyways 10/10

On a trip from Cividale del Friuli to follow our basketball team, we stop in Brescia, and after reading the reviews, we find ourselves at the Pinseria. I can only say that there could not have been a better choice for lunch. Welcomed with kindness and smiles, they made us feel right at home. The pinsa was excellent in various versions and served with professionalism and friendliness. Amazing pinsa, wide selection of even unusual ingredients. The service was fast and we enjoyed our time. The place is really pleasant; I liked both the decor and the fact that it wasn't noisy, allowing me to have conversations. Recommended!

We visited the Pinseria for lunch, choosing to sit outside. The place is welcoming and well-kept, with a pleasant atmosphere. I tried the pinsa number 9 with pistachio, stracciatella, and smoked salmon: light and well-balanced in flavors. The dough is soft, perfectly crunchy, and very digestible. Friendly staff. An address I recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy a Roman pinsa in Brescia.

Great Roman pinsa. The place is not very big, but in the center of Brescia, the establishments are all quite small. The pinsa is very good with refined and quality ingredients. Fair prices. The only downside is the lack of parking, and finding parking is a nightmare.

Great attention for celiacs. AIC certified venue. Besides serving delicious and crispy pins with and without gluten, the service is excellent and attentive. Yesterday I ordered a coffee along with other diners (who are not celiacs but were brought there by me) and the owner took care to ask which coffee was for me to ensure she used the machine not contaminated by barley coffee. Hats off. Well done. Highly recommended.

I had been wanting to try it for a while, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations! The pizza is crunchy, and the dough is easy to digest! I ordered it quite rich, and although it looks small, it is filling! It is served on a cutting board with a pizza cutter. It's slightly more expensive than a regular pizzeria (though not by much lately), but it's worth it for the abundance and freshness of the ingredients. I will return to try the sweet pinses too!
