The piadinas are great, but especially I tried the takeaway hamburger. It's fantastic to be able to create it on the spot to my liking. I am intolerant to yeast and lactose, so I chose the ingredients that were most suitable for me without the bread. I don't have a photo of mine to share because I devoured it!

Gluten-free piadina?! Well, finally one for me! I often find myself envying my friends for their ease in finding the perfect food at the perfect time, but this time I had nothing to envy: a fantastic gluten-free piadina. A small but super cute place, careful research and care in the combination of flavors, high-quality products, a wide selection, and above all, every time I pass by, there’s a tasty new dish to try. Mmm now I’m thinking about when to go back ;)
