My friends and I went here for breakfast. We sat down, checked the prices, ordered food from the girl, and waited about 10 minutes. We ordered three frappes, three waffles, a gluten-free pancake, a latte, a bottle of water, a chocolate and raspberry donut, and a house cake, in this case, a chocolate one. We went to the cashier, and for the frappes, latte, water, and waffles, everything was fine. However, when we paid for the donut and the cake, we noticed that the price we had seen did not match the price we were paying. Being a big group and on vacation, we pay attention to how much we spend. We asked why, starting with the cake that we had seen priced at €3.5. The response was somewhat annoyed, saying it actually cost €4 because "I can't price all the cakes". I understand if the cakes change weekly, but at least stating to ask the price first or mentioning it would be appreciated. We then searched for the printed receipt from a few minutes earlier, and instead of helping us clarify the issue, they ignored us. When we asked a gentleman where the receipt had gone, he reluctantly searched for it and found only one of the two receipts that had been printed, since I had paid for two of us and not just myself, and it wasn’t the one for the cake and donut. So, we never received the receipt for the donut and cake. Then we wondered why instead of €5.2 it was €6.5 because even with the surcharge for the cake, it didn’t add up. We found out that the donut didn’t cost €1.7 but €2.5, and this had also never been specified either verbally or in the menu. The response here was also superficial: "It costs more" with no explanation and no apology. Prices can go up, but this should be specified. You shouldn’t find a different price at the cashier, and then when you ask for explanations, be met with annoyed, superficial responses or even be ignored. If you go, don’t rely too much on the menu...

Cons: - If you sit at the tables inside, be aware that it feels like a sauna, especially in August. - Unfortunately, they didn't give us a receipt, very disappointing. - The waffles taste a bit too much like eggs for my liking, and the pistachio coffee hardly tasted like pistachio at all. Pros: - They have both gluten-free and whole grain options. - The menu offers a lot of choices (including infusions and tea). - Nice and cozy atmosphere, pastel colors everywhere. - Prices are lower than I usually expect from places like this; in fact, we didn't even spend 10€ each.
