ATTENTION Booked by announcing my celiac disease and they guarantee no problem, but to remind them upon arrival. We do this and they tell us to tell the waiter at the table. We do. Appetizer: Beef tartare that arrives with a nice slice of toasted bread WITH gluten. I point this out, they apologize and bring me back the dish without the bread, saying it had just been changed, but some crumbs were evident. First course: tonnarelli with rabbit ragù. Too beautiful to be gluten-free. I ask and discover they made a mistake again, and they remake it for me. At the end of the dinner, to apologize, they offered us something. In the end, everything was good, and I want to think it was simply an off night and not something ordinary (considering the type of restaurant)... but after this experience, I doubt I will return.
