Very good pinsa, light and soft gluten-free dough. The toppings are varied and there's something for everyone, including vegetarian options. There are also desserts; I found shortcrust pastry pastries with various creams, but I saw they also have brioche available on request. On Fridays and Saturdays, they also offer the pinsa SG tour, I will return to try it!

I ate the gluten-free pinsa and I must say it was nothing exceptional, it can definitely be improved! I really appreciate that the dough isn’t pre-made but is made by them, however the quality of the pinsa itself is not at all the original, it just has its shape. Surely there is always room for improvement but I really appreciate their effort and it’s certainly a place I will return to. I was also able to taste some pastries and the pastries are really good (I haven’t tried everything but what I had was truly good).

I visited this place for breakfast on Sunday morning. Modern and well-maintained environment with many details. Beautiful, bright, with outdoor tables as well. Ample parking in front. What surprised me was the variety of fillings for the brioche! Being lactose intolerant, I always struggle to find options among vegan brioche. However, here there was even vegan Nutella! As well as other flavors. Also, plenty of choices for cappuccino with plant-based milks. Thank you!

Amato is our favorite place to go. Always excellent coffee, delicious pinsa, and fantastic aperitifs. The quality is always high, the staff is very friendly, and there are plenty of gluten-free options. Highly recommended!

Exceptional. I wouldn't know what else to write. I went there for the pinsa. I am vegetarian and have a couple of intolerances. Besides the care and courtesy from the moment of booking, prompt and kind in their responses, which I rarely found in other places, even on-site they were immediately available, friendly, and attentive. The staff is really very kind, polite, and always ready to help. They pay attention to everything, to the details. The place is large, very clean, welcoming, and warm. The variety of products is incredible! The pinsa is delicious, crumbly, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, very digestible and light. They also brought me the vegan option (including dessert) and it was truly exquisite! Generous portions, and they serve as much as you want without hesitation. Even the final desserts made by them are delicious and endless! Ingredients of the highest quality, made on the spot or produced by them. An experience absolutely to be repeated, perhaps trying breakfast and/or the aperitif. Very honest prices, especially for the level of service and quality/taste/variety of the dishes they offer. Truly compliments, absolutely to be tried.

Both the normal and gluten-free pinsa are good. The gluten-free pinsas are served on plates, and this is very important. The gluten-free hazelnut cookies are top-notch😍 We also tried takeout and we had a great experience.

The possibility to order gluten-free pinsas was also highly appreciated, for people like me who are intolerant. The pinsa was excellent and abundant! The artisan ice cream and the proposed desserts were also great. Excellent value for money!
