They do not ensure non-contamination. Very rude waitress who suggested I eat my food on the bench in front of the place and then join my friends sitting at the table. Terrible!!

Nice place but doesn't have many options for people with celiac disease.

Bar in the center of Novara. They have some gluten-free options on the menu for aperitivo, but there isn't much variety.

Also available gluten-free aperitif with cheese, cold cuts, and GF crackers. Toast and hamburgers are also gluten-free, but the kitchen is shared. However, they are very careful to avoid contamination.

Alci is a beautiful daytime and evening venue that offers meals and aperitifs, including gluten-free options. For lunch, both sandwiches and hamburgers are prepared gluten-free. However, there is only one kitchen, so there is contamination. The gluten-free aperitif is somewhat limited and 90% of the time consists of olives, 3 slices of salami, and 2 slices of cheese. However, the place deserves a chance for its attention to the environment, cleanliness, and consistently attentive and courteous service.
