ZeroPerCentoBakery is a small pastry and bakery that offers both sweet and savory options, completely gluten and lactose free. Despite the slightly high prices, the quality of the pastries is good and the staff is generally friendly and knowledgeable.

I tasted the best gluten-free pastries I've ever found. The pain au chocolat didn't thrill me. Completely gluten-free. Friendly staff.

Perfect venue for the SG. From sweet to savory, with excellent quality. The prices are a bit high, but there are no valid alternatives in the area, so it remains at the top of my GF venues ranking in the area.

Wide selection of gluten-free products, the only downside is that the prices are a bit high.

spectacular, truly an experience for those suffering from celiac disease, a must-visit stop in Novara.

We always go when we are in Novara, I recommend to anyone looking for quality gluten-free to go there with their eyes closed, everything is good without a difference from gluten, kind and friendly people, N°1

If you are looking for a pastry shop in Novara that produces everything exclusively gluten-free, this one is for you. The prices are in line with a normal pastry shop; in addition to cakes and mini pastries, they have a corner with savory products (pizza, focaccias, and savory pies). They also offer a bar service, but no table service. I would say it’s an excellent establishment and essential for those who are gluten intolerant or celiac.

Everything was delicious, both the sweet and the savory! For years now, we have been ordering their cream tart for birthdays, which is fantastic!

Very well-stocked gluten-free pastry shop, with seasonal sweets (e.g., Fig Cake, exquisite). The savory options, both the bread and the mini pizzas, are very good. There is a bit of difficulty finding parking on Sundays. Friendly and courteous staff. Price appropriate for the quality of the product.

Simply the best bakery/pastry shop in the province, in my opinion. I ordered pizza and focaccia for my son's birthday party, everything was excellent! Bread above average and in general a great variety of products that change every week. I also tried the desserts, really excellent. Finally, an offer that doesn't make you miss gluten products.

I bought a gluten-free cake for the first time for my birthday... and I must say... I have never eaten such good ones!!! The best!! Congratulations!!!

Not knowing any pastry shops in the city, I trusted a friend and it was a good decision! The cake was beautiful and tasty, but above all, at an affordable price for everyone. Moreover, nobody had any particular intolerances, yet they greatly appreciated the taste without noticing any differences. Highly recommended!

Good oven with an excellent savory option; the dessert could be improved! However, let's remember that such places are unfortunately still rare, so let's hold on to them tightly!

the miniature pastries and cakes are good, definitely high prices, but they practically have a monopoly in Novara so they can afford it. I appreciated the pizza and focaccia less, but the arancini alla norma and the fried hot dog... a delight!!

A small place that deals with both sweet and savory, gluten-free and lactose-free. Around 9:30 in the morning, they had croissants and pastries displayed, but no bread/focaccia/pizzas. The croissants are not bad, maybe a bit thick, "small," and I doubt they were cooked 100% (perhaps the excessive thickness leads to this conclusion). I took a tray of about 20 thick cookies, which made them a bit dry, but still good. The only flaw regarding the cookies was that I got some cylinders of pistachio/chocolate cream almost entirely made of cookie dough (was it cleverness? Anyway, it was quite disappointing since the cream was delicious), and the pastry cream was a bit too sweet for my taste. The staff was friendly, though a bit grumpy at first. The price is a bit above average, but considering it is a gluten-free and lactose-free bakery/patisserie, it can be overlooked... all in all, not bad, I would return out of curiosity and ultimately, enjoyment.

Currently the only place producing gluten-free products, about 1km from the center! It’s an emotion to enter a shop that makes pastries, sweets, brioche, cakes, coffee, bread, pizza, and focaccia without gluten! Additionally, some products are lactose-free. 3 pastries for €3, excellent value for money! It is also possible to sit down to consume on-site (there are three small tables). Friendly staff. Highly recommended given the absence of other places that can compete.

I have been going to this store for several years as it is the only one that produces gluten-free products in the city. The basic idea is very interesting, sweet and savory gluten-free foods, many of them also lactose-free. Unfortunately, there are many things I find hard to understand: the outrageous prices of the goods, the slow service, the hours when products are available (to get a fresh brioche for breakfast you have to wait until 9:30, and bread is only available after 10:00!) and the products that are not always great (especially the pastries). I believe that for many of these criticisms it would be easier to overlook them if everything was less seasoned with rudeness and arrogance (try telling them that a brioche was raw inside, which I think can happen to anyone, but not to them because they are the 'best'). In these cases, some healthy competition would help them understand the critical issues of their business better and to question themselves more.

The quality of the products would deserve 4 stars, if it weren't for the photo I posted below... it’s not oil and not even a "burnt" part, it really seemed spoiled and I had to throw it away. One star for the attitude of the woman serving. A sore point… the prices are clearly well above the average of shops across Italy and not justified by the quality, which remains slightly above supermarket sweets. It must be the air of Novara that enhances these sweets… A nice business to profit off celiacs and intolerants, I would like to write what I paid for four products in total but I WAS NOT GIVEN A RECEIPT AND THEREFORE IT BECOMES DIFFICULT TO REMEMBER… it wasn't enough to have high prices; it was also necessary to evade taxes… I remember I would have given 4 stars for quality, what a shame… I've said it all.

I can't post pictures because we ate everything. And everything was delicious, gluten-free!

A joy for the eyes of a celiac and also for those who are not celiac!

Gluten-free bakery and pastry shop, bakes bread and pizza daily, offers excellent pastries, brioche, and cakes. Periodically offers rice arancini and pinsas. The paradise for celiacs!! 🔝

Little by little, they are gaining experience, that is, improving gradually. Then the idea of gluten-free is commendable, as people with celiac disease are unfortunate due to their condition; therefore, such support is appreciated. Well done!

Excellent gluten-free pastry shop. Be sure to try the "seasonal specialties" as well!
