I stumbled upon this place by chance. The local is quite renowned for the excellent Paella they make. One day, out of curiosity, I tried to give them a call to see if they had a gluten-free version, and the answer was YES! I spoke directly with the owner, who is also the person in the kitchen, and he seemed very attentive to the issue. Just a heads up that the size of the place is very small (bar size, not restaurant), but they also make Paella to take away. Strongly recommended, both fish and meat Paella!
