Clean environment, attentive and available staff. I won't say competent because, with the delicate duties they perform, they have to be by necessity. Judicious display, a wide range of products that customers can approach, gluten-free products, beauty items; while medications are placed in a backroom behind the counter, secured by staff. I happened to find that they didn't have a medication available, and when I contacted the central depot electronically, they experienced some difficulties but did not give up and switched to a phone call, ultimately concluding positively. A medication that elsewhere had been brushed off with a "it's no longer in production." This is how one side loses a customer, while the other side secures them.

I encountered a situation where a medication was unavailable, and when I contacted the central warehouse online, they had some difficulty but did not give up and switched to phone communication, ultimately concluding positively. A medication that elsewhere I was told was 'no longer in production.' This illustrates how one can lose a customer on one side and attract them on the other.

Great pharmacy. Clean environment, friendly and very professional staff. Excellent selection of gluten-free products. Generally, the waiting times are more than reasonable. At certain times, there are very few people in line. Ample and free parking.
