I discovered it a few years ago and every time I go I feel right at home, great attention to gluten-free options, quality products cooked superbly with attention to the balance of the dishes. The staff are very knowledgeable and super kind. The hummus is my favorite dish, I recommend trying it at least once. Their wines and their bitter liqueurs are also recommended. One of the few restaurants in Novara where I truly feel at ease.

The place is very nice, clean, and well-kept. The owners are "special", welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly. They offer unusual and creative combinations in the dishes... all gluten-free (except for the first courses, but they also have gluten-free pasta), being careful about contamination since they have a celiac in the family. What can I say... I will definitely return to try other dishes.
