The owner of this bakery is fantastic, she puts in all the effort to make us celiacs happy. The flaky croissants are special, the bread, and all the pastries are among the best I've ever eaten.

My son is celiac and fortunately Nadia has opened Bisbottando! Pizza, bread, Nutella roll, and croissants are exceptional! Considering that gluten-free flour is not easy to work with, Nadia manages to bake authentic delights!!! Thank goodness you're there!!! Thank you

A few mornings ago, I went to buy a croissant, and there were only two on the counter, probably from many days earlier, so much so that I only took a bite and had to throw the rest away. Completely inedible because it was rock hard. I will absolutely not return; I recommend improving the dough or at least having the decency not to sell these leftovers to customers, because it truly tasted like plastic.

Wonderful experiences 🤩 I’m a girl from the countryside, I recently discovered that I’m celiac, but Nadia satisfied me with everything, the bread is excellent, the pizza is special, and the Nutella roll is amazing! The croissants are excellent!

Small shop, offers both fresh counter products like pizza and croissants as well as baked goods like tarts and cookies. The cookies with jam are very good, but I would have preferred more jam on the tart compared to the rather thick base. Prices are average for this type of products. Recommended.
