Delicious food, carefully selected quality products that make a difference. Hospitality and kindness are always present. Excellent attention to contamination.

They offer you a list where you can choose a few gluten-free pizzas. The choice is limited, but they claim to ensure safety from contamination only with these ingredients. If you want to add anything else, it's at your own risk. So I prefer fewer ingredients but their word. I believe that the gluten-free pizza made by them is one of the best here in La Spezia. A pizza worthy of being called by its name. Thank you, Margherita.

Gluten-free pizza is great, but on the dessert, there was a decoration that was not gluten-free.

High prices but really excellent pizza for celiacs, top-quality ingredients and attentive service; too bad they don’t organize to make gluten-free fried food as well. A waitress, when I asked about fried zucchini flowers, replied: "The only thing missing is that we make them for celiacs too!" But in reality, it would take so little to make all the fried food gluten-free... especially because we celiacs bring friends and family... and we are more and more!

We went for my partner's birthday, let me preface that I am celiac. They were very accommodating for my allergy, the pizza (even the gluten-free one) is made by them... something that is rarely found. High-quality products and you don't eat the usual pizza, but refined and excellent alternatives. There are many beer alternatives, even unique ones, including gluten-free. At the end of the dinner, their kindness in preparing a cake just for us on their initiative, with the consideration that it was gluten-free. Of course, they made sure to say that if we didn't like it, they would bring something else. The bill for the quality of the products and the curated menu is more than fair, the cake was offered to us, yet another kind gesture that makes me leave these five stars without even thinking about it. Highly recommended!

The place is very nice, you can tell that someone put thought into it and it turned out well. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Before the pizza, we had mozzarella in carrozza, and even with that, it was clear that we were going to get a pizza just as good. They make it Neapolitan style, and it's delicious. For some, the crust might be a bit chewy, but this one was a pleasure to eat. I challenge anyone who usually leaves the crust on the plate not to eat it. Moreover, the ingredients are very fresh, and I believe they are also organic because I have an intolerance to something that plants produce when chemically treated, but the ingredients in this pizza didn't bother me at all. The dessert was also delicious, I believe it was homemade.

A beautiful discovery just outside of Spezia, nestled in greenery with a great view of the Gulf. The venue is tastefully furnished and boasts a lovely garden with outdoor tables and fairy lights (bring a sweater even on summer evenings!). Upon arrival, a glass of Prosecco is usually offered while waiting for a table. The menu is quite extensive, featuring classic and gourmet pizzas, various vegetarian options, and "veganizable" choices... But above all, a very good and digestible gluten-free pizza! The style is that of Neapolitan pizza, with a high and soft crust, usually very difficult to find gluten-free. The raw materials are very good and of high quality, making a remarkable difference.
