We went for breakfast at this place with my boyfriend and another couple of friends. Despite a bit of initial confusion with the orders, we were truly impressed by the quality of the products. We tried various types of pancakes, including the fit pancakes with hazelnut crumbs, cereals, oats, and maple syrup: simply excellent, with an authentic artisanal flavor that makes a difference. The view of the Gaeta seafront makes the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. We also tasted the vegan cornetto with Nutella for my allergic friend: very good, and especially great attention towards allergies and intolerances. This shows professionalism and preparation. Creamy and well-made cappuccino, super fresh and excellent juices. The prices are slightly above average for the local cafes, but absolutely justified by the quality of the raw materials, the care in preparation, and the spectacular location. A nice sun, a wonderful view, and a breakfast we will definitely repeat.

The food is excellent especially glutenfree bread and dessert. Only problem, it is very often closed when google says it is open and the place itself does not have official opening hours or days written anywhere

Very nice place with a sea view and modern, well-curated decor, very pleasant :) The brunch menu is quite rich and international, with particular attention to gluten-free and vegan options, excellent! It's a shame about the drinks, especially the matcha which was little more than a foamed milk with a splash of matcha, and the service is quite slow even though the staff is friendly. Overall recommended, a pleasant experience but it could be top-notch if improved!

We chose this place before heading home from vacation with two local friends because, in my opinion, besides the beautiful view, they are the only ones who manage to offer good service for gluten-free and lactose-free options. In fact, for the first time, I was able to find excellent pancakes (gluten-free and lactose-free) that were really very, very good. The prices are medium/high but nonetheless fair for the place and the services offered; it’s acceptable this time.
