I took the takeaway pizza. Really good, the dough well risen with a nice crust. They have two separate ovens.

Delicious place, I really appreciated the gluten-free options on the menu. One downside: due to the long queue waiting (without reservation), all the waiters came around in turn to ask if we wanted coffee or anything else with the clear intention of resetting the table as soon as possible. Some even came over a couple of times. I understand the need, but it wasn't pleasant.

When we booked asking if they also made gluten-free pizza, they told us they are the main reference for celiacs in southeastern Sardinia. Our expectations were therefore high, but the gluten-free Margherita pizza was a real disappointment. As per the attached photos, both the crust and the mozzarella were burnt, and when we asked to remake the pizza, we were told that a lower cooking temperature would leave the pizza raw, so the pizza was not remade. Result: the mozzarella and the crust were left uneaten, and the central part was still raw and was only partially eaten. We regret to say that we believe they cannot be a reference for gluten-free pizza in southeastern Sardinia and that there is still a lot of work to do to improve the final result.

Good evening! We were there tonight, a very nice place but even though they seated us outside, it was hot! Service was average, except that we had to repeat our drink order because they didn't arrive! We witnessed, just as we read in reviews, an order mistake... they brought a cheese pizza to a customer who was intolerant and had requested buffalo mozzarella! Also, our pizzas were supposed to have pecorino, but there wasn't even a trace of it! The dough was hard to digest. Price is high for the quality of the food! The place would be nice, but the quality is not equally so.

Excellent dinner. Selection of high-quality products, always fresh and genuine, well-prepared and cared-for dishes. Diverse menu, ideal even for those with intolerances and/or allergies. Thank you ... it’s always a pleasure to return to Sa Morisca.

We ate here for two consecutive nights, and we really appreciated both the gluten-free first courses and the gluten-free pizza. I recommend it for anyone looking for a restaurant that offers gluten-free cuisine, whether you want to eat and be served with quality and professionalism in a refined, pleasant environment that pays attention to details. Everything was delicious, and the prices are average.
