After a desperate search for where to dine in Misano, I found this restaurant. It is not AIC certified, but the owners were very courteous and attentive to my needs. So we returned and will return on Saturday. The food is of excellent quality and the prices are reasonable. The staff is very kind and attentive to making customers comfortable. Recommended mostly during the week for more attention. Call ahead and ask.

It was a tough search to find a restaurant that could prepare dishes paying attention to my needs. I am celiac and finding uncontaminated kitchens or gluten-free dishes in Misano has been a hard battle. But then, after several calls, we finally got a positive response. Upon arriving at the venue, we immediately met Mrs. Gianna, kind and cordial, who welcomed us and seated us at a really pleasant table. Edward took care of us and fulfilled our requests impeccably. We were served a tuna tartare that melted in our mouths, and then we enjoyed both a mixed grill and a delicious corvina fillet (gluten-free). We decided to return the next evening and continued our tasting with a mixed cold appetizer (I'm still undecided on which of the four tastings was the most delicious) and a very abundant and tasty seafood risotto. There were other dishes on the menu that needed to be tried, so we returned for a third time. We concluded with marinated anchovies, salmon, mussel soup, and... the tuna steak with pistachio, sublime. We accompanied each dinner with a delicious wine and at the end, we were offered mirto, a very good Sardinian bitter served in a frozen glass with a sprig of myrtle embedded in the ice. There were no gluten-free desserts, but for those who can eat them, we recommend trying the seadas (a typical Sardinian sweet). The prices are commensurate with the quality. This would not have been possible if the passion and professionalism of Mr. Giorgio had not come together to create a perfect combination. We highly recommend the venue, even for celiac individuals, with the advice to call in advance and limit visits to weekdays for greater attention. Thanks to all the staff.
