The place I have been visiting for a few years has full availability from the managers for gluten-free needs. Possibility of appetizers, first and second courses. Personally, I have always taken appetizers and second courses; all the stews are also gluten-free. Gluten-free bread and pasta are available. I recommend this place for typical Tuscan food!
