We always gladly return to Grazie Rosa to eat their excellent pinse, schiacciate, and burgers! The best part is being able to eat in complete peace, without the fear and risk of feeling unwell, as their entire menu is gluten-free and lactose-free. Excellent selection of beers and drinks. The staff is always very kind and attentive to all the customers' needs.

It's Saturday night and my husband and I, after a long and tiring day, find ourselves at 10 PM starving and extremely tired, in the center of Prato. I search on Google for a gluten-free place and this one immediately appears to me as wonderful, based on the reviews and the menu. It doesn't disappoint. I enter and immediately feel welcomed. The two women behind the counter are kind, empathetic, and efficient. With a burst of energy and innate friendliness that is quite rare to find. The sandwiches are amazing. Both my vegetarian one and my husband's omnivorous one. And I'm not saying "amazing for being gluten-free." No, just amazing. Delicious in the absolute sense.

We were grateful to have found another restaurant with vegan options in Prato. Service was nice and helpful. Nice seating on a little terrace in the street among old trees. Make sure to take a peek at the river that goes behind this row of houses.

I have been to this place many times. Certainly, what impressed me the most, besides the goodness of all the food, is the sweetness and the unforgettable excellent service. One of the few places I would recommend in Prato. Not 5 stars out of 5 only because it's not completely cruelty-free 🌱 (One of the best and most beautiful vegan cakes I have ever eaten!!!)

Friday 19-09-25 birthday party at Grazie Rosa: 11 hungry vegans...🤣 What to say? Only wonderful things. Lots of little things, all vegan: zero violence on the plates... so many dishes. They offered us an alternative better than the other and prepared a beautiful cake to look at and incredible to eat. Thanks to Silvia and all her staff for their professionalism, friendliness, and kindness. We will definitely see each other very soon❤️🌺

We were a table of 12 people. They didn't clarify the actual waiting times right away... we ate after an hour and a half. One small flatbread per person. Cold chips! We discussed it because in the meantime they were serving two-person tables! In the end, there wasn't even the courtesy to offer us the cold chips... a beer... a coke... terrible treatment! It wasn't pleasant.

The kindness of the owner is wonderful; she is celiac, and it shows in the quality of the products she offers and in her pursuit of flavors. I recommend the grandmother's cake, arancini, coccole, and the hamburgers are something incredible! The bread is delicious! There should be a place like this in every city in Italy. A gluten-free dream named "Grazie Rosa." Excellent food, super nice owner. Maximum tranquility because gluten doesn’t come through the door. In my opinion, the prices are a bit high, but it’s worth it. I had the flatbread, a super good beer, cream-filled bomboloni, and a taste of croquettes for an appetizer.

I want to preface that I am not celiac, but having to choose for a dinner among colleagues where one has intolerances, we went to Grazie Rosa. It was an amazing experience for me!!!! The bread was super light, very crumbly and made by them, and the result? A very tasty and light burger 🍔, really, really good! A dessert (crema catalana) without eggs. DELICATE!! I recommend everyone to go there! Even if you don't have intolerances like me. I'll be going back!!! Ps: Romy (the owner) is the Best!!!

I visited this small restaurant for the first time, and it was truly excellent, both for the location and the quality of the food, the quality, and the passion in its preparation. A magical place where celiacs and lactose intolerant people can eat EVERYTHING that is on the menu and it is ALL super good. For me, it has been a fixed appointment for over two years; it feels like home. It is also greatly appreciated by all my non-celiac friends. Romy is a fantastic person!

Location I would call home, not just good food, but more! You feel at home, the owner is nice and very attentive to customer needs. A small, intimate, charming place. Very easy location, essential but nice. But that’s not the highlight of this place... all the food is gluten-free and even though I don’t have any intolerance, I loved it! Everything is made fresh by the owner of the establishment and there is really a lot of choice both in food and drinks. Finally, the owner is quite a character (in a positive sense, of course!) She makes you feel at home and that is perhaps the most important thing of all. I will definitely return!

Excellent quality of the gluten-free product supply chain, combined with the chef's skill, who is also very talented as a bartender.
