First experience more than positive. The place is very welcoming and filled with fantasy-themed objects. The service was extremely available and prepared. My wife is celiac and they were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options, providing her with several safe alternatives. The sandwiches were excellent and generously sized. The only "flaw" was the waiting times, but they were very good at entertaining us with fun performances and themed quizzes. We will definitely return to try a Dungeons and Dragons themed night.
