Typical Prato cuisine, the SUPERB fried dishes are recommended, celery meatballs, peposo, and slightly spicy cabbage puree. A cellar with selected wines from local producers. For liqueurs and distillates, there is an overwhelming choice with more than 100 types. Well-kept rustic environment. The owners are young but passionate.

A restaurant with a refined offering, where you can eat everything from appetizers to desserts, including gluten-free options (except for some dishes that can be adjusted as needed, without compromising on taste). Definitely worth trying!

If I could, I would give 10 stars. I ate very well. The venue is AIC certified, with no difference in the menu with and without gluten. Gluten-free lasagna instead of pici with truffles was sublime, and the fried potatoes and artichokes are absolutely worth trying. The place is very nice, and especially the staff is prepared and knowledgeable in explaining the dishes, (especially the appetizer)......If you are in the area, go there with your eyes closed. Excellent value for money. Well done and keep it up. As a celiac, I thank you for the passion and commitment to let us taste the specialties of your land.

Saturday night was truly a wonderful evening. We had a great time, the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant. It is a rustic restaurant specializing in meat, but with a touch of originality both in the fixed menu and in the daily menu which, if I understood correctly, changes according to the season. A great advantage is that you can order everything gluten-free, even the fried dishes! Everything! The uramaki with tartare were a particular discovery; I was curious to try them and they did not disappoint. The fresh tagliolini with white rabbit ragù, with caramelized onion cream and cocoa powder, were simply exceptional. The honey and lard steak was really good, with tender and delicate meat. A real surprise were the meatballs alla pratese with ragù, an authentic delight that we had never tasted before. The Prato tradition. Although I was a bit full, I couldn't resist cleaning up the plate, the ragù was too good! The fried porcini mushrooms that we had as a side dish were so tasty that we could have eaten a whole bucket of them. We concluded the meal with a chocolate cake and mascarpone pralines, the latter perfect for finishing beautifully, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness in the mouth. Everything, I repeat, gluten-free. My partner is celiac and was able to enjoy everything I described above without worry. We will definitely return!

A typical "delicious, refined & kind" Osteria... you sit down and immediately realize that you are in the right place; expertise and friendliness, along with a strong preparation and attention to gluten-free options, make it absolutely suitable for celiac people. You can be at ease here; you don't have to "settle"... thank you really for the attention you paid knowing we were in a hurry for the Samuele Bersani concert just 100 meters away... highly recommended!

Excellent food. Top quality meat and a varied menu also for vegetarians and gluten-free. Pleasant environment and great location in the center of Prato. Highly recommended.

If I could add praise to this place, I would do it immediately. Passing through Prato for the Mondo Cane concert and already desperate since nothing was open for lunch, we stumbled upon this place almost by chance. What can I say? It feels like being at home, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place is run by a very young couple with a passion for their work. I ate excellent tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms, a mixed platter, and fried zucchini flowers in batter. It’s worth noting that I specified my lactose intolerance, and they were very attentive to my needs, which is not something to be taken for granted by most. Excellent price, very high quality with fresh and selected products, and at the end of the meal, they offered bitters. The owners are truly lovely people. If you are in the Prato area, go there. P.S. Reservation is recommended!
