Last night was my first time at this pizzeria. We had to book a table and that’s fine; the seats are limited because the place is small but nice. The staff was not very attentive; I ordered a gluten-free pizza with piennolo tomatoes, prosciutto, and grana, and when it was brought to me, the prosciutto was missing (which they promptly added), and the tomato was normal. I asked for the piennolo, and I was told that it might have been contaminated with the regular pizzas. I find that strange since it’s one of the ingredients listed for the gluten-free pizzas as well. Additionally, the pizza had mozzarella, which I didn’t ask for because I’m lactose intolerant, but to avoid controversy, I ate it anyway. And the grated grana was nowhere to be seen; it usually comes in flakes. I used the restrooms, which were practically non-existent; the toilet flush was not working, no soap, and no towels besides the electric one, which was also out of order. Not to mention the very high prices, especially for gluten-free pizzas (€15), which is really excessive, particularly considering all the inconveniences. It might have been because it was a holiday, St. Stephen's Day, but I was not satisfied at all. I give it two stars only for having the option of gluten-free pizza. Personally, I don’t think I’ll return, but everything is an experience.

Great gluten-free free pizza. They have a very special dough that is super good. Highly recommend for gluten-free or regular. The white, truffle pizzawas great. The staff is very friendly. We met the owner who is awesome. Also speaks excellent English.

Top pizzeria! One of the best pizzas I've ever eaten. We ordered some classic pizzas: a Margherita with buffalo mozzarella and a Diavola, and we were super satisfied, especially with the dough. Before the pizza, we also had a platter of fried food: montanarine (delicious), crocché equally good, french fries, and some batter-fried vegetables that were greatly appreciated. The menu is very varied, there are really so many choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. Truly worth it!

An evening with a simply sublime tasting menu. Pizzas specially crafted for the night: flavor, tradition, and innovation combine to create a blend of delicate and tasty flavors. Excellent and friendly service! The owners often circulate through the tables, ensuring that everything is going well. A must-try on any occasion: from a simple outing to a refined evening. A wide section dedicated to wines, gluten-free friendly… a truly unique place.

Perfect evening. After a negative experience a year ago due to misunderstandings regarding gluten-free (which were later clarified with apologies from the staff), we returned Saturday night with my husband and my in-laws. Excellent pizzas (including the gluten-free one) with top-quality ingredients and very professional staff. A beautiful reality of our area.

A pizzeria where the constant is quality. Excellent customer care and courtesy… even the "normal" pizza is exceptional with a variety of revisited pizzas that are very, very appetizing (the 4 cheeses and cacio e pepe are delicious)… but what we found truly exceptional is the gluten-free pizza. Since my partner is celiac, we found this pizzeria and its owner Jonathan, who is great and very attentive in preparing (in front of you, try to believe) the gluten-free pizzas… what can I say? For us, a fabulous choice to finally enjoy an excellent gluten-free pizza that has nothing to envy to the regular doughs (I'm attaching some photos). Good luck to this beautiful place!!!
