Sushi Zero offers a quality sushi experience with a discreet attention to allergens on the menu. Gluten-free options are available, although not too varied, and the attention to cross-contamination is sufficient.

Great restaurant, beautiful location, a lot of attention has been given to the interiors, good fish among the best I have tried, polite staff, someone can improve but overall it's okay, ample parking, if you are celiac like me specify "Gluten-free" on the order form and they will also bring you gluten-free soy sauce, I recommend trying it.

Allergens clearly listed on the menu, good sushi, but there is not a high attention to contamination.

average quality of food, not too many options for gluten-free, fairly attentive
