I was at Quarzo restaurant this evening. The first (Garganelli alla Caprese) was good. The pasta shape was different, but I recommend it!

The GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA was not good at all for me. The crust was soaked in oil; each bite felt like a spoonful of oil in my mouth. It was clearly a frozen pizza base that they topped afterward; the toppings separated from the crust with each bite. At one point, I left the entire crust and just ate the toppings (fries and sausages). There are no gluten-free appetizers, just pizza. I didn't say anything to the waiter because I was with other people and didn't want to create a stir. I absolutely wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend it to any celiac.
