I called them for information. They informed me that they cook gluten-free pizza in the same oven as the 'normal' pizzas, and the same goes for the pasta: they use contaminated cooking water. "Perhaps" I am sure about the meat-based dishes and the hamburgers.

Everything is beautiful, everything is delicious, it's a shame that when you call to order a gluten-free pizza they tell you (like every single pizzeria in Liguria) that we cook in the same oven and there is 100% contamination. Ridiculous.

Excellent food, spectacular pizzas including the gluten-free one, the best I've ever had, seafood risotto, a delight. Friendly and fast staff. Returned after 4 years, still excellent.

I went to lunch at this restaurant and I had a great time! I am celiac and I had no problems. They have gluten-free pasta with any sauce and they also make gluten-free pizza dough. Fish of excellent quality and very generous portions. Super friendly staff and reasonable prices for Alassio. You can also eat outside in the dehor.
