An institution in Gallarate and in the province of Varese... personally the best in the area without fear of contradiction ;) and the novelty is that for some months they have also had many gluten-free options from pasta cooked in a separate pot, to bread, carasau bread, meat and fish mains with maximum safety regarding "contamination" and also some desserts, like the albatross cup. In short... highly recommended!!
