Almost all sandwiches can be selected with gluten-free bread. The fries are not gluten-free but offer other options (house-spiced potatoes or vegetables). There is gluten-free beer. Everything is very good and attentive staff.

Beware of other reviews, the bread is baked in a separate tray but in the SAME oven. Ask about it when you arrive. The guys were very kind and honest in communicating this to us. It's fine for those with intolerances, not fine for celiacs.

Delicious gluten-free hamburgers...and a fantastic draft beer for celiacs, really a rarity!! Suggested side dish is baked potatoes (not fried because the oil is obviously "contaminated"). They understand the celiac issue and offer at least one dessert suitable for celiacs every day (I also tried a great cheesecake)! The owners are two young and very skilled guys!

My husband and I are celiac and lactose intolerant. We had a really great experience. The staff is very helpful and attentive to all food intolerances. Excellent food and very, very varied! The possibility to create and customize the hamburger to your taste. Highly recommended!

I recently had dinner at Fab and I was very satisfied. From the moment we entered, the staff proved to be attentive and friendly, even though we had to wait a few minutes to be seated at the table. The guy who served us showed a lot of professionalism and passion for his work. The menu allows for personalized choices of the sandwich, the type of bun, and the side dish. One of the features I appreciated the most was the offer of gluten-free options. That’s no small thing! My girlfriend, who is celiac, was really excited to have such a wide choice of sandwiches and beers. Personally, I had "the tasty one" with a side of "fries" and to finish, a chocolate fondant. Everything was really very good. I will definitely return to try the other delicacies on the menu. Just one suggestion: to improve the experience, I think it would be helpful to enhance the acoustics of the place. The background noise, with a full room, made conversation at the table a bit difficult, but the overall judgment remains really positive! Congratulations!

Very nice location, very youthful atmosphere, excellent selection of food, appetizers, types of hamburgers, also available gluten-free and vegetarian, a few but good desserts, very good value for money. Absolutely recommended.
