To say excellence is an understatement, I had the pleasure of meeting Master Bucolo Salvatore and tasting the extraordinary things he makes.. His work is an art, and for us celiacs, it's a paradise for the taste buds. If you are in Sicily, specifically in Merì, you absolutely must go!!! Thank you for this beautiful experience!!

The golden arancino has been a landmark for at least 25 years among the rotisserie shops throughout the hinterland. You can comfortably enjoy classic rustic dishes, as well as unique and particular ones like cold focaccia with pistachio or salmon, or speck & gorgonzola boats (delicious). Everything is exceptional, and in recent years Salvatore, the owner, has become one of the masters of gluten-free rotisserie and pastry, managing to offer customers a vast and indiscriminate choice of excellent gluten-free products. Classic Messina-style focaccia, crunchy and rich in toppings. Not being particularly fond of arancini in general, with no distinctions between producers, I shy away from expressing my opinion, but the various guests who have tasted them have always complimented me. All in all, highly recommended. 🏆

Great products. It is not a place exclusively gluten-free as many websites indicate. However, they have excellent products for celiacs, many cooked on the spot in a separate kitchen. For those who wish, it is possible to make reservations by phone. The only downside is the staff; a smile would always be appreciated.

Excellent arancini!! We ordered both the 'regular' ones and the gluten-free options. Both choices are truly exceptional!! Even though we didn't have a reservation, they prepared everything for us in 10 minutes!!
