Total disappointment at Rossopomodoro during today's lunch. Before making a reservation, I called to ask if they had gluten-free options, both for starters and main courses, apart from pizza. They confirmed that they would have various alternatives, including gluten-free dishes, but when we arrived and ordered... nothing! They had nothing! A bit of chicken with grilled vegetables (dried tomatoes arrived...). The child instead had a ham calzone that was inedible and was left practically untouched because the taste was truly awful, with a mix of "savory" ingredients including speck (there was supposed to be only ham...) and with a soggy and deflated texture. Other dishes were also absolutely disappointing in every way. Plate of clams €13 with 6 (I repeat six) clams. Gnocchi, still not digested after 4 hours... Apparently, they think that just having a well-known name is enough (and to capitalize on naive customers)!
