We ordered two carbonara, one of which was gluten-free. The flavor was exquisite, engaging, and the guanciale was very crunchy. The option to choose the size of the plates (140, 170, and 200 grams) was interesting. A significant downside: there is no restroom available for customers.

They have some gluten-free options, they cook the pasta separately to avoid contamination. The only downside: a surcharge of €4 for gluten-free.
