The locale is very attentive to contamination, outside there is the AIC label, a dedicated menu is offered to celiacs, and all gluten-free dishes are served with a different color of ceramic. Draft drinks cannot be consumed as they are contaminated; instead, a bottled drink is offered. However, the quality of the food is decent. I found the sandwich too dry. If I happen to be in the area again, I would return but only in the absence of alternatives.

I went to dinner at Old Wild West with a friend last night and we had a great time. The service was excellent, the waiters were very helpful and friendly. We waited very little and the food arrived immediately. The appetizers and smash burgers were very good and of high quality, and the draft beer was also really good. The menu has a lot of choices, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The place was clean and well-kept. We were treated very well, and we will definitely come back.

We went to Old Wild West in Guidonia on a rather calm evening, without too much crowding, an evening that seemed to start off on the right foot for a Saturday night. Unfortunately, even though the place wasn't full of customers, the service wasn't up to par. It was noted (by several tables, to be fair) that the serving dishes were greasy, regardless of the dish. Furthermore, the plate was 'chipped' around the edges. Aside from this, the quality of the food also turned out to be quite questionable. The quantity was small (after all, we’re not in a Michelin-starred restaurant) and the fries were clearly reheated, stuck together. In short, I believed and hoped it would be a place where I could eat gluten-free, but unfortunately with these premises, I don’t think I will return to the place. I attach the receipt.
