delicious food, typical Umbrian dishes, really polite and competent staff. Almost the entire menu (except for a few dishes) is available in a gluten-free version. Certainly not cheap but in line with other places in Orvieto and the portions are generous.

Restaurant found almost by chance during a quick lunch break. Fast service and friendly, helpful staff. Tasty, original dishes and very generous side portions: I expected a small plate of vegetables, but instead... Very well organized for gluten-free options.

Positive aspects: the waiter, although very young, was very knowledgeable about ingredients and dishes, as well as wines, very attentive to my lactose intolerance, kind and smiling; good food, excellent cold cuts, good wild boar stew and snap beans, the pappardelle were good and well dressed. The floor manager was kind. Negative aspects: the place was chaotic both aesthetically and atmospherically. The space was excessively decorated with paintings and modern installations rich in colors, which clashed with the ceiling and floor. The kitchen door had a white and green print, the walls were colored and decorated with bright shades, including red and fuchsia. The chatter of people was a bit too loud, although no one was really shouting, evidently the sound does not distribute well within the room.

For work, we found ourselves in Orvieto. For dinner, I found this restaurant because it had great reviews, and my colleague is celiac and needed a place that serves specific dishes. This restaurant is very beautiful, both inside and with tables outside. The staff is very knowledgeable, precise, explains each dish very well, and suggests suitable local wines to help with the selection. My colleague had the tagliolini (gluten-free) with truffles, and they brought fresh truffles to grate; another tagliolini with seafood, and I had an excellent fresh and really summery couscous panzanella, and porchetta rabbit that was very fragrant and tasty. There was nice light music. I would gladly go back.
