Disappointment despite AIC certification. I found it thanks to reviews on Gluto and attracted by the presence of AIC certification, I decided to try it, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The place presented itself with a neglected environment, low-quality and hard-to-digest food, and finally, the price was definitely too high for what was offered. The AIC certification is there, and the friendly staff pays a lot of attention to avoiding contamination. The heaviness after the meal confirms the use of subpar raw materials. Regrettably, I do not recommend it, despite its central location in Padua. What a shame.

Great pizzas at a great price! It is perfect for gluten-free customers as all of the pizzas are GF and most of the dishes are too. They even do very fine GF beer!

We found a welcoming place where the staff is very kind, the service is precise and orderly, and the food is delicious. Recommended especially for celiacs... the gluten-free dishes are tasty and flavorful, even for children (my son was very satisfied). I think I can confidently say that it is a must-stop for anyone staying in Padua. A warm greeting and thanks to the owner and staff from very happy tourists from Caserta.

The gluten free pizza and risotto were nice and tasty. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful, I asked for extra garlic for my pizza and I was told this is not possible by a waiter who seemed bored and uninterested. It is quite surprising to not have garlic or garlic oil in an Italian restaurant but even if they cant serve it, they could be friendly about it. The atmosphere was also a bit off putting, there were some loud, drunk looking guests. I would recommend to train staff members to be friendlier and more helpful and to have less delivery people walking in and out. Otherwise the food was fine, a bit plain.

We chose this place because the menu had gluten-free pizzas. Unfortunately, it was a great disappointment because it was basically not a pizza but a piada. I have been gluten intolerant for years and have tried many gluten-free pizzas, but none like this. The staff is friendly, but regarding the pizza, I was not satisfied.

Passing through Padua, I stopped for lunch at this AIC establishment. For lunch, I had a candy calzone and excellent gnocchi, both made with homemade dough, the gnocchi were really good. A safe place and excellent food.

I ordered delivery twice from this pizzeria. The first time I ordered a gluten-free calzone, the "carciofello," which arrived without any trace of artichokes. That day I called to report the lack, and they denied the possibility of their mistake. I ended up eating it reluctantly since the quality was terrible, and the dough was almost raw. Today, I reordered a gluten-free pizza for delivery, and it arrived super thin, with a gummy, hard texture, and once again, it seems undercooked. It doesn't even taste good. I will not order from this place again.

AIC Certificate.. my partner and I both ate gluten-free, perfectly cooked pasta, delicious grilled fish, thin and crispy pizza, and finally a crazy dessert, a fried panzerotto filled with Nutella, hazelnuts, and coconut. Generous portions and the bill was very reasonable. Friendly staff and excellent service. Highly recommended.

The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about celiac disease. We ordered a pizza already sliced into wedges, which I didn’t have time to photograph as it was gone almost immediately. The gluten-free crust is quite crispy but enjoyable and light. Then we had their homemade gnocchi; radicchio and gorgonzola, an always winning combination, creamy and flavorful; sausage and porcini mushrooms, a lovely surprise, delicate and tasty! The price is fair. The place, very nice and simple, has several small and separate areas, perhaps not suited for large tables.

Good second courses, but the pizza dough doesn't thrill me; it reminds me more of a piadina than a pizza base (even frozen). The staff is very knowledgeable, and each dish has a label saying "gluten free" to avoid confusion. I've eaten here several times and would recommend it!

A very nice place, away from the chaos of Padua but still close to the center. It has seating both indoors and outdoors, and in the summer, I think it shines much more. Friendly and kind staff, but the guy who served us was a bit nervous and not very informed, perhaps because he was new. The food is good: I am celiac and had the pizza. Really good, thin and crunchy: they identify it with a little flag to avoid confusion. The menu is wide and almost all dishes are available in the gluten-free version (even from the restaurant). I would happily return! Prices are really honest for being in the city: gluten-free pizza, cover charge, and water cost me around 16€.

Exceptional pizzeria for its attention to food intolerances. It is an AIC certified establishment for celiacs. The pizzas are good and made with any type of dough, not huge, and the prices are average. Outdoors, you find yourself on the historic cobblestones of Padua, not comfortable but you're in the center in front of the Church of Carmine, which adds to the beauty of the historic setting.

We stopped for lunch at this place almost at the beginning of the historic center of Padua. I want to point out a positive and very important aspect right away, namely the indication of each single allergen on the menu for each dish, from the appetizer to the dessert. Not a minor detail. The staff is very welcoming and professional. Fast and precise service. Being celiac, I had a gluten-free margherita pizza and a plate of gnocchi. The quality is average, it's a good meal. Certainly, there are some aspects to improve. I would gladly return.

Considering that in the center of PD it's a bit more difficult for us celiacs, the gluten-free pizza is good, the menu is wide, and the price is fair. It's not among my favorite places, but if I had the chance to go back for a pizza with friends in the center, I would go for it without worry.

Reading the many positive reviews, I went to this restaurant sure that I would have a good experience. The place is a bit dark, but the staff is very nice. It is very safe for us celiacs and there is a lot of choice, but honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten in a year of celiac disease... Good ingredients but the dough is like a flatbread, very dry. I haven't tried the first courses but I don't recommend the pizza.

I was there at noon for the gluten-free pizza, and it was really delicious 😋 Given the friendliness, kindness, and quality I found, I went back in the evening for the super Tagliata (an oversized plate in terms of quantity), baked potatoes 🔝 and what can I say... When I pass through Padova, it will be a pleasure to return! Well done, clean, polite, kind, and the quality-price ratio is truly unique!

We stayed for one day and one night and we wanted to eat here twice. Everything was really good and for me, being celiac, it’s not that common. Very attentive and the special dishes were well-prepared and tasty. The pizza was exceptional, with a really good and crispy crust. For dessert, I had the gluten-free fairground donut! I had never found it gluten-free before! Truly compliments!!

I am torn between the 5 stars for the wide gluten-free selection they offer and the 0 stars for the waitstaff. Inadequate and unprepared personnel... they hardly understand what we are trying to order. Don't ask for advice because you won't get any. Embarrassing! As for the food... really good gluten-free pizzas. But what’s truly great is being able to choose from about ten gluten-free beers. Homemade desserts also have the option of choosing something gluten-free! For celiacs, it’s really a great place recommended!👍🏼

What can I say... for me, it is a guarantee. I have been going there for years and I always feel very well. Excellent food for celiacs. Close to the center. They are attentive to the needs and requests of customers. The staff is polite and friendly. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The only downside is the parking, but if you go on the weekend, the parking in front of the church is open and available; otherwise, you have to drive around a bit... but you can take the opportunity for a little "digestive" walk. Absolutely recommended!

5 stars for the professionalism and friendliness of the young staff and the "owner" (?) who brings the bill to the table. 5 stars for the gluten-free pizza and its delicious fresh toppings 5 stars for the gluten-free draft beer 1 star, or rather zero, for the staff that smokes and uses their phone next to us while we eat, leans on everything, touches everything and then without washing their hands goes back to the tables to touch everything again. Why is such a thing allowed? Doesn't the owner notice, or is that person one of the owners? What a shame.

We had a family trip to Padua. My son is celiac and I was looking for a place where we could also find something for him. From our location, this was the closest restaurant with the best rating. We took a nice 2 km walk. We all ordered a pizza. They are all quite large. The dough is super thin, a marvel that does NOT make you feel like a rock in your stomach afterwards. The pizzas are truly a work of art. This one gets a 10 and praise, including my son's gluten-free pizza (8 years old. He made me try it). The dough is amazing. It was just as good as the gluten pizza. It was the best pizza he has ever had (and I tried it without gluten). We said we will return to Padua (we live in TV) to eat the pizza. You can't find one like that anywhere else. The venue and terrace are a bit small. I hope they find a bigger and more welcoming place in the future. The staff was super nice! If you're looking in Padua (and the surrounding km) for the best gluten-free pizza (but also with gluten), this is the right place.

As a worried mother of a celiac student living away from home, this place has been my comfort. It's a dynamic restaurant with good quality food and professional service. Andrea makes you feel at home and is very attentive to the dishes coming out of the kitchen. We have been there many times, and everything has always gone well. I recommend always asking for the pasta al dente (but not just here, let's say from Bologna upwards). Excellent desserts. Fair price.
