Disappointment despite AIC certification. I found it thanks to reviews on Gluto and attracted by the presence of AIC certification, I decided to try it, but unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The place presented itself with a neglected environment, low-quality and hard-to-digest food, and finally, the price was definitely too high for what was offered. The AIC certification is there, and the friendly staff pays a lot of attention to avoiding contamination. The heaviness after the meal confirms the use of subpar raw materials. Regrettably, I do not recommend it, despite its central location in Padua. What a shame.

AIC has been polite and courteous for years. Highly recommended.

Passing through Padua, I stopped for lunch at this AIC establishment. For lunch, I had a candy calzone and excellent gnocchi, both made with homemade dough, the gnocchi were really good. A safe place and excellent food.

Highly recommended and safe.

Good second courses, but the pizza dough doesn't thrill me; it reminds me more of a piadina than a pizza base (even frozen). The staff is very knowledgeable, and each dish has a label saying "gluten free" to avoid confusion. I've eaten here several times and would recommend it!

Pizzeria in the heart of Padua. Menu ranging from pizzeria to restaurant, varied for both gluten-free and non-gluten-free options. The gluten-free pizza is excellent, a guarantee. Also available is gluten-free draft beer. A guarantee.

great menu, very good pizza, well-trained staff

A bit of a gloomy atmosphere, but the pizzas are very good and they offer many gluten-free alternatives. It is a thin pizza, not very leavened.

Friendly and well-prepared staff. A very varied selection of dishes and allergens well indicated.

Encouraged by the good reviews and because it is one of the few pizzerias in the center. The pizza can't be said to be bad, but it seems more like a greasy flatbread. Let's say I've definitely had better. I will give it another chance to try other things from the menu.

Considering that in the center of PD it's a bit more difficult for us celiacs, the gluten-free pizza is good, the menu is wide, and the price is fair. It's not among my favorite places, but if I had the chance to go back for a pizza with friends in the center, I would go for it without worry.

Reading the many positive reviews, I went to this restaurant sure that I would have a good experience. The place is a bit dark, but the staff is very nice. It is very safe for us celiacs and there is a lot of choice, but honestly the worst pizza I've ever eaten in a year of celiac disease... Good ingredients but the dough is like a flatbread, very dry. I haven't tried the first courses but I don't recommend the pizza.

If you pass by Padua, it’s definitely the right place to eat…close to the center, possibility to eat outdoors, excellent service, wide gluten-free menu from appetizers to dessert. Additionally, not to be taken for granted, a rich selection of GF beers, even on tap. Honest prices.

Very thin and dry pizza, more similar to a pastry, the first courses are not always successful, the menu is very wide and varied. There is a selection of gluten-free beers. In summer, you can also have lunch or dinner outside. Quick service and fair prices.
