For those looking, like me, for something quick and gluten-free, Bueno is the solution. Wide selection of toppings for piadinas, salads, and smoothies. The "school" discount is great! Good quality for price. Small place. I had a gluten-free piadina with ham, fontina cheese, and salad + water: cost €8.50. The piadina was giant, filled just right, but I would have preferred a bit more filling; overall it was good!

I highly recommend everyone to try the piadine, even gluten-free ones which add extra value... The owner is uniquely accommodating and courteous, and she is also charming... It was a pleasant and fulfilling experience. We will definitely return when passing through that area.

I stopped by because I was in the area for work and it was a lovely discovery!! Top gluten-free piadina! The dough is homemade directly by them... it's hard to find something this good. I will definitely come back!!

With some issues of gluten intolerance but having to eat out for work often, one adapts, but in Castellanza I discovered this place where you can find gluten-free piadinas! Choose your filling and it arrives in a few minutes, nice and hot but not dry or burnt as often happens with the piadina killers who make it crunchy! It's a matter of taste but... Anyway, the place is not very big but it's welcoming, and the ladies who were managing it when I went were very kind and pleasant. Last but most importantly, the piadina was really good! I will return often, at least every time I am in Castellanza at lunchtime.
