Not suitable for celiacs. A waiter told me that there is a high possibility of cross-contamination and that gluten-free pizzas are cooked in the same oven as regular ones.

Delicious gluten-free pinsa. My friends say it's even better than the glutenous one. Very kind and helpful staff and a nice atmosphere.

Very nice and very busy place, NOT RECOMMENDED FOR CELIAC PATIENTS. We made a reservation explicitly asking if it was possible to eat gluten-free, they confirmed, and once we arrived, during the menu selection, we asked if there was any possibility of gluten contamination since we wanted to avoid getting sick. Initially, they confirmed our initial thesis. They brought us drinks, but after a few minutes, the waitress approached us sadly, explaining that it was highly likely there would be contamination since everything in the kitchen is prepared in a single environment where gluten is present and the risk of contamination is high. After discussing peacefully and inviting them not to joke about others' health, we finished our drinks, paid, and left... Celiac disease is not a whim... Service must be impeccable..

Terrible experience, everything was slow, poorly organized, and they were really unclear even when just making the quote. I went in person to ask after several unanswered calls, where they explained the birthday formula to me, indicating in the price per person "a pinsa round, a board of cold cuts and cheeses, and a drink per person or a bottle of wine every 4 guests". Okay, I accepted the quote and they told me to send a message later for further confirmation. I sent a message that same evening (without receiving a response) + we then spoke on the phone twice to confirm the quote and reservation. The waiter who served us was really awful and intrusive; he was talking about prices to the entire table (when I had already explained in detail during the reservation that I would be paying for everyone), telling everyone that they included a drink up to €6 (something that absolutely was NOT explained to me either in person or on the phone; I found this out at the table with the others). I told him to relax that they could order anything from the drink menu, but he stubbornly continued to say that "they could still add the difference to get the other cocktails," which the guests obviously did not do, thinking that my displeasure at that moment was due to the price and not the waiter's behavior. He then proceeded to ask me in front of the celiac guest (and everyone else around) if I was okay with adding a small amount to make a pizza for him too. Sure! If we ask for it with different requirements, it's obvious that we will pay the difference! Zero privacy and sense of the situation. Leaving aside how many times (4/5) I had to get up to ask for the water that never arrived, after the waiter kept PRESSING a guest to order something to drink after he repeatedly stated that he only wanted still water (since he would have to drive back to Olbia after the party and rightly didn’t want to drink, not even an spritz), insisting until he got annoyed to "get something, come on, you have it included" (but still talking about what is included in the package that I pay for? It seems absurd, really). The service was really slow; after the phone confirmations, we got there and couldn’t find the table because "we don't have it near the games"; none of us had children and certainly had never mentioned the games. At the time of cutting the cake, he invited me to change seats to be seen by everyone; even here he gave up at my third "no, look, I'm staying where I am." He treated everyone as if they were his friends in the square to convince, which is very different from knowing how to propose and sell during the service. He didn’t create a need for the customer to satisfy, he created bad vibes and slowness; so much so that when I stood up to ask for the cake cutting, he looked at me hopelessly and asked what the problem was at that moment, fully aware of how annoying he was making everyone feel. Intrusive and out of place. Just like, I repeat, the girls I spoke to both in person and on the phone didn’t even think to mention the price of the included drink, only showing me the book that said “one drink” without further specifics. When I pointed all this out at the cash register, the girl could do nothing but collect the payment and apologize on behalf of the venue, rightly so because she wasn’t responsible for all this. They didn’t even offer a €5 discount to apologize for the €300 bill; it was all really disappointing, making my birthday evening only filled with anxiety and bitterness. Everything I’m reporting here, I obviously explained both at the cash register and wrote to them on WhatsApp, a message that was seen without receiving any response, a sign of how much they cared about it all. I’m attaching a photo of the book, without specifics or "*" indicating the prices of the drinks.

We found ourselves in this venue for the occasion of a very pleasant musical evening. The staff made an effort to accommodate us both in our request for a covered spot (as it was a very windy evening) and in our culinary needs. The meat dishes were truly abundant and flavorful, and the pinsa was excellent, even the gluten-free ones which we found soft and tasty. The idea of a play area for children was also greatly appreciated.
