Our historic gluten-free pre-theater from Patalin has transformed into this lovely novelty of Vietnamese cuisine! A project led by the lovely Paolo. Pro tip: in the fridge on the right, there are some hidden rice paper rolls with special sauce - perfect to share before the main course! The space soup is suitable for all seasons... but the highlight is the grilled chicken, which takes on a smoky flavor and is tender and tasty. Selected suppliers, quality products, and lots of friendliness ❤️💪🏼 welcome to the city!

A very particular and very small venue. Few offerings (based on potatoes) but very good, and what makes the difference is especially the owner, nice, kind, and welcoming. Everything is gluten-free and suitable for celiacs (except for the sandwich). Highly recommended for a characteristic gluten-free experience!
