Tried a gluten-free schiacciata from this excellent AIC certified restaurant. Very kind staff, options for schiacciate in various flavors, but also 'do it yourself' with a lot of choices of high-quality ingredients.

I went to try two different schiacciatas, and my wife tried the gluten-free one...all delicious! The service was fast, and Elisa, the girl who served us, was super kind and friendly...a new go-to for a quick, tasty, and affordable lunch!
