The docked boat prepares and serves their typical dish: the Commander, a frying of the freshest fish with anchovies and crispy prawns, accompanied by gluten-free fries — an extra care that truly makes a difference. The fish, freshly caught, goes from the net to the pan in just a few minutes. The staff is a breath of fresh air: cheerful, kind, and super friendly, making you feel right at home. All of this comes at honest prices and generous portions, ideal for a seaside lunch or a snack at sunset. A genuine place where the flavor of the sea combines with simplicity and hospitality. Absolutely recommended!

Congratulations to the owners (Fishermen) of this establishment, located at the Porto Antico in Genoa, next to the Museum of the Sea and just a few minutes' walk from the Aquarium and the historic center of the city. The idea of offering the catch of the day for lunch or aperitif, served in various ways, is lovely and commendable. It is accompanied by fries, craft beers, and good quality wines. The frying is done using rice flour, providing an opportunity for those who unfortunately have issues with gluten from traditional fries. You can sit directly on the boat, where everything is prepared and served in sight, or at the tables set in front of the mooring spots. The service is very simple yet attentive. The owners are available, kind, and friendly. We will gladly return. A must try!!
