Terrible experience, to forget!!!! I booked a table for 2 people on Tuesday, 04/11/2025, confirming, as stated on their website, that they made pizza with gluten-free dough; of course, I was told yes. I called again on Thursday, 06/11/2025, asking if they could add 2 more people since a couple of my friends, also interested in gluten-free pizza, joined us, so I requested a table for 4 on Saturday, 08/11/2025, and I was reconfirmed that they made gluten-free pizza. I was told over the phone that they had 2 shifts: the first at 7:30 PM and the second at 9:00 PM; I booked for the first shift. I drove 30 km to reach the place, and upon arriving, we sat down and immediately ordered the gluten-free pizza, only to be told right away that they had run out. Regardless of the fact that I booked several days in advance, such an inconvenience shouldn’t have happened. In any case, I booked for the first shift, so I struggle to understand how they could have run out of gluten-free dough. It was an embarrassing situation; my friends and I drove 30 km to be told they had no gluten-free dough. I was extremely angry because something like this cannot and must not happen; it's a pure lack of respect for the customer and it's also tricky, maybe they hoped I would switch to the second courses so I would spend more. Of course, we left because we couldn't accept such a situation. What I should have done was to call the Financial Police and have them check when they ran out of gluten-free dough because let's face it, this all smells like a scam to the customer. This will not end here because the bad impression made on my friends, the 30 km there and 30 km back traveled for nothing, and the total lack of respect for the customer will cost them, I am already moving in that direction; they didn’t even try to remedy the situation in any way; they just said, after my anger, that I was right, in a very superficial and almost sarcastic way. Anyway, avoid this restaurant because people like this deserve nothing. I won’t give zero stars because that’s not possible.
