We ordered a gluten-free pizza on Just Eat, we paid an extra 2.50 and we received a pizza that was much smaller than the regular one (the Just Eat website did not specify that it was smaller, in fact, it stated "regular"). We called the restaurant for support and they told us that it is like that, and that's it. Frankly, paying more for a smaller pizza and then not getting restaurant assistance to bring a new one?? First and last time I will eat in this place. PS: compliments to the restaurant for the response that attacks a customer who, disappointed, justifiably complains about the service, rather than taking the criticism constructively.
