The regular pizza is very good, of high quality and digestible, including the gluten-free one. I would only ask the owner not to always share his political opinions with the customers and to have the employees wear masks while serving. Thank you.

Very small pizzeria but with many flavors available. Mainly works for takeout. Also makes gluten-free pizza, but it's not specified for celiacs, although it observes all precautions against contamination during processing.

We were looking for a pizzeria that also offered gluten-free options in Pinerolo (since I'm intolerant) and we were pleasantly surprised to find Cavallo Bianco. They were very kind and waited for us, as we arrived very close to closing time, and it was a lovely dinner! The price might be slightly higher, but there are really very few pizzerias with quality ingredients and especially with gluten-free dough... I really recommend it! ☺️
