The variety of gluten-free dishes is incredible. I tried the gnocchi with lamb and they were excellent. The staff is extremely attentive and knowledgeable about contamination risks, explaining precisely how preparations are managed in the kitchen. Welcoming atmosphere and quick service without being rushed.
